JOIN US FOR WORSHIP, this Sunday, January 11 at 8:00, 8:55 or 11:15 a.m. The Rev. Gavin Meek will preach a sermon entitled "God's Affirmation: Our Ministry" drawn from the following Scripture Lessons: Mark 1:4-11. The Two Cents a Meal Hunger Offering will be received. The funds received from this offering support a variety of local hunger ministries, such as the Emergency Food Bank.

WINTER WEATHER POLICY In the event of snow, ice or poor road conditions on a Sunday morning, it will be the policy of First Presbyterian Church to hold regular services. In the event of severe winter weather, worship services may be cancelled without warning. Weekday Snow Policy: The church schedule will be in accordance with the City of Charlottesville school closings. This includes all evening activities. In all circumstances, please check the following radio and television stations for updated information on possible church closings and possible exceptions to the aforementioned policy: WVIR TV29, WINA (1070 AM), WQMZ (95.1 FM), WWWV (97.5 FM), and WCHV (1260 AM).

Christian care to the bereaved, hospitalized, terminally ill, separated,
divorced, unemployed, relocated, and others facing a crisis or life
